Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where available).

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other events beyond our control may occur. We are not responsible for such delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, any additional shipping charges or failed delivery costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery, cannot be contacted, or provides incorrect shipping information resulting in a failed delivery, we reserve the right to:

  • Restrict or refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • Repeated order refusals may result in your account or shipping address being restricted from future COD purchases.
